Thuya Neutralizer Cream – Step 2 for Lash Lifts & Brow Lamination
Thuya Neutralizer Cream is the second step in the lash lift and brow lamination process. This professional formula locks the hairs into their new shape by rebuilding the hair's internal structure after the lifting stage, helping to achieve long-lasting, lifted results.
Its rich cream consistency provides controlled, even application without running, while the white formula makes it easy to see exactly where the product has been applied. Infused with conditioning ingredients including Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Silk, and Milk Protein, it helps nourish, strengthen, and soften the lashes and brows throughout the treatment.
For best results, apply the same amount of Neutralizer Cream as was used during Step 1 (Permanent Gel).

How to use
- Apply an even layer of Neutralizer Cream using the same amount of product that was applied during Step 1 (Permanent Gel).
- Ensure all lashes or brow hairs are fully coated.
- Process according to the hair type:
- Fine Hair: 7–9 minutes
- Medium Hair: 9–12 minutes
- Coarse Hair: 12–15 minutes (use Pre-Smoother beforehand if needed)
- Remove the product completely with a dry cotton pad or applicator before proceeding with tinting or any finishing steps.
- Professional Tips
- Always use an equal amount of Neutralizer Cream to the Permanent Gel applied in Step 1.
- Close the tube tightly after each use.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
