Shipping policy

We ship pro lash and brow supplies across Canada and the United States. Here is exactly how, and when, your order gets to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During sales and new-product launches, processing can take an extra day or two.

Canadian Shipping

Shipping rates & free shipping

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, so you only ever pay the real cost.

  • Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD (calculated after discounts, before tax).
  • Flat-rate and expedited options are shown at checkout for orders under the threshold.
  • Priority and express upgrades are offered wherever the carrier supports them.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, estimated transit times by region are:

  • British Columbia, 1 to 3 business days
  • Alberta, the Prairies & Ontario, 2 to 5 business days
  • Quebec & Atlantic Canada, 4 to 7 business days
  • Northern & remote communities, 7 to 10 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows can stretch during peak periods and severe weather.

Local pick-up

Free local pick-up is available at our West Vancouver and Burnaby locations. Just select “Local pick-up” at checkout and choose your preferred spot.

  • You’ll get a “ready for pick-up” email, please wait for it before coming by.
  • Bring your order number and a piece of ID.
  • Unclaimed pick-up orders are held for 7 days.

Taxes

Applicable Canadian taxes (GST, HST or PST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.

US Shipping

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • $9.99 USD flat-rate shipping on all US orders.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $150 USD (calculated after discounts).

Delivery times

Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and peak periods can occasionally add a few days.

Duties, import fees & taxes

All duties and import fees are included in our US prices and prepaid by us, so you won’t be charged anything extra at delivery. Sales tax is not added to US orders at checkout.

Product availability

Some professional products, including lash adhesives and solvent-based removers, are classified as dangerous goods and are available to Canadian customers only.

Tracking, Delays & Damage

Tracking your order

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear once the carrier collects your parcel.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Once a parcel leaves our hands, transit is in the carrier’s care. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll open a trace or arrange a replacement.

Inspect on arrival: Please check your order when it lands and report any shipping damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can make it right quickly.
