Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping is provided by Canada Post (Expedited orders will be sent with Purolator, UPS, or Fedex)
*British Columbia: local delivery is provided by various couriers depending on service requested
International Shipping is provided by USPS, Ascendia (Expedited orders may be sent with another carrier)
(A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase)
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Cartel Lash has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Cartel Lash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. If you would like to waive the right to a signature you can do so by contacting the delivery company, however this will in turn waive any insurance on your package from Cartel Lash . Be aware if you have given permission for the delivery company to waiver a need for a signature in the past.
