How to use
- Mix Noemi Hybrid Dye with Noemi Developer in a 1:1 ratio (Developer : Dye).
- Eyebrow Processing Times
- 10 minutes: Natural colour result
- 15 minutes: Stronger skin stain and more intense colour payoff
- After Brow Lamination or Lash Lift
- Process for 3–5 minutes
- Pro Tip: To create a softer result after lamination treatments, mix Noemi Clear Colour Corrector with your chosen shade in a 1:1 ratio to help prevent over-darkening.
