Terms of service
These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Products & professional use
Many of our products are professional-grade and intended for trained lash and brow artists. You are responsible for using them correctly, including patch testing, following each manufacturer’s instructions, and complying with the regulations and licensing in your area.
Your responsibility: We’re a supplier, not a training body. Proper application, client safety and certification are the responsibility of the artist performing the service.
Product colours may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display and photography.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is authorised at the time of purchase. If we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll let you know and issue any applicable refund.
