How to use
- Before First Use
- Remove the cap and safety ring.
- Reattach the cap and tighten it to pierce the protective foil seal.
- Do not use scissors, needles, or other tools to open the tube.
- Directions
- Apply a thin, even layer of Permanent Gel to the lashes or brows.
- Process according to the hair type:
- Fine Hair: 7–9 minutes
- Medium Hair: 9–12 minutes
- Coarse Hair: 12–15 minutes (Pre-Smoother recommended if needed)
- Remove the product completely with a dry cotton pad or applicator before proceeding to Step 2: Neutralizer Cream.
- Professional Tips
- Dispense and discard the first small drop before each application.
- Close the tube tightly immediately after use.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Once opened, the product remains usable for up to 12 months when stored and handled correctly.
